Users can create a desktop shortcut or a manual drive mapping to a share folder.

Option1: Create a Network Share desktop Shortcut:         

Right-Click desktop > New > Shortcut > Location of item: \\CHFS\Common-AllCityTemporaryFileStorage > Name > Finish

  (This option has the advantage of following the user across any PC they log into)

Option2: Manually Map a Network Share:            Open File Explorer > Right-Click This PC > Map network drive > Choose available drive letter > Folder: \\CHFS\Common-AllCityTemporaryFileStorage > Finish

Drive should show as mapped.
