If you have been assigned a city Apple iPad or iPhone, you will need to setup your managed AppleID.
An email will be sent to you with the subject "(Managed) AppleID Info- UserEmail@opkansas.org"

Use the links in the email to setup your AppleID.

go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and Click Sign In
Enter your city email and the Temporary password from the received email
Add a phone number that you can receive text or voice calls
enter code received and click Verify
enter the password sent in the email for Current Password, then choose a new one and enter it twice
Click OK
Click Continue
Once you reach this page, you have finished the setup and can exit.
