Note: Upon initial user setup, you will receive a message similar to the one below, supplying your initial application credentials:

Initial Step A) use the "temporary" password to sign into the PowerEngage login screen initially, and choose a new password that is at least 8 characters long, containing at least 1 upper and 1 lower case letter, with at least 1 number and 1 special character. Enter your password into both the New and Confirm entries and press the Submit button as displayed below:
Initial Step B) Using your newly created password, you will be prompted to login to the next
screen:
Once logged into PowerEngage, you will be taken to the following application screen:
Initial Step C)
To logout, you will left-click on your initials in the lower left-hand corner of the application, and left-click on Logout:
Following your logout, you will be left at the following screen.
Next, simply close the browser window as normal using the "x" in the upper right-hand corner, and you are out of the system.
Note, for ALL subsequent logins, proceed to the following:
Step 1)
Login to opkansas.org site below
Step 2) You should be prompted for your multi-factor authentication notification similar to the display below:
Step 3) Within the Okta application Login Portal, find the PowerEngage tile displayed below:
Step 4) Next, fill in the top user login credential, and press the Sign In button.
Once logged into PowerEngage, you will be taken to the following application screen:
Step 5)
To logout, you will left-click on your initials in the lower left-hand corner of the application, and left-click on Logout:
Following your logout, you will be left at the following screen.
Next, simply close the browser window as normal using the "x" in the upper right-hand corner, and you are out of the system.
Repeat Steps 1) - 5) to log back into the PowerEngage system.
