I.T. recommends you log into the Freshservice Help Desk portal using login.opkansas.org, however, you may at times follow a link and be presented with a login screen.
Logging in with Otka
- Login to okta.
- Click the Helpdesk - Freshworks button.
- You will be redirected to the FreshService Help Desk.
Logging in with the Freshworks Sign in Screen
In the event you see this login screen, click the OKTA Sign into OP Help Desk - FreshService button and follow the normal Okta sign in process. You will be redirected to the Help Desk after authentication.
